Custom quote
Priced after reviewing area, complexity, data quality and required outputs.
For facilities, large or complex buildings and combined requirements.
For residential, commercial, office and facility projects, subject to scope
Indicative starting prices for the stated scope, not a final quotation. Area means the total included floor area. One consolidated feedback round is included within scope.
For a simple scope up to 250 m²: capture with floor plans starts at SAR 3,950; with complete documentation at SAR 7,050; with BIM at SAR 10,600. Do not add the floor-plan package to complete documentation: it is already included.
Area, floors and coverage, source-data quality, required dimensions and accuracy, elevation and section counts, file formats and included revisions. Price and timing depend on scope; site capture, travel and additional work may be priced separately by agreement.
Site capture is subject to confirmed availability, access and applicable requirements. We document observed elements and identify uncovered areas. Each package includes only its stated outputs; virtual tours and engineering certification are excluded.
