Project-specific authority

These are general operating rules. Each accepted quotation, including its scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and written payment terms, is the project-specific reference.

Validity and scope

A quotation remains valid until its stated expiry date and covers only the listed scope and deliverables based on the available information and stated assumptions.

Client inputs and access

The client supplies timely information, files, approvals and safe site access. Incomplete information or different actual conditions may change pricing or timing.

Scope changes and additional work

Work outside the accepted scope requires review and may require updated pricing, timing and a new quotation revision before starting.

Revisions and delays

A quotation revision is a new commercial version before acceptance. Revisions to project outputs are limited to the scope; unlimited revisions are not included unless expressly stated. Delays in client information, access or approval may affect timing.

Files and delivery

Agreed final deliverables are provided through a private expiring link. The client acknowledgement confirms receipt and access only. Intermediate and working files are excluded unless the quotation lists them.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Source materials remain with the client or their rights holders. Mujassam LAB methods, templates, processes and working files remain with their owners. Use and ownership of final deliverables follow the accepted quotation. The internal archive is private; publishing or marketing customer work requires separate prior consent.

Cancellation and payment

Cancellation is requested in writing and reviewed against the stage of work and existing commitments. This page creates no automatic refund entitlement or fixed charge. Each quotation’s payment terms govern and are not replaced by this page. These terms do not limit applicable statutory rights.
