Website use and current services

Mujassam LAB presents reality capture, conversion of survey data into CAD drawings and BIM models, and architectural design base information, subject to each request’s scope. Submitting a form does not mean work is accepted or started. Previous Smart Quote, Objects and manufacturing flows are currently unavailable; keeping their records does not reactivate them.

Estimates and reviewed quotations

Any preliminary estimate, including historical Smart Quote or Objects estimates, is indicative and non-binding. The Final Quote is the reviewed commercial offer. Its accepted revision governs scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, validity and payment terms. An automated result or request acknowledgement does not confirm the price or acceptance of work.

Accurate information and rights to materials

You are responsible for the accuracy of information, measurements, files and authorisations you provide, and for having the right to share and use them for this purpose. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material, or data unnecessary for your request. We may ask for clarification or additional information before pricing or execution.

Technical review and safety

Suitability of custom work is subject to review. We may reject unsafe, prohibited, technically unsuitable or out-of-scope work. An example or historical record does not mean a component will be manufactured, particularly safety-critical automotive parts or unsafe or unsuitable lighting and electrical configurations. This statement does not expand current services.

Scope, changes and delivery

The commercial terms and accepted quotation define deliverables, revisions, payment, delivery and cancellation. Changes beyond scope require pricing and timing review before work starts. Retaining earlier files to support future work does not guarantee free revisions or feasibility without a new survey.

Ownership and confidentiality

Customer materials remain with the customer or their rights holders; uploading does not transfer ownership to us. Mujassam LAB templates, methods and working files remain with their owners. Deliverable rights are defined in the accepted quotation and commercial terms. The archive is private; publishing or marketing customer work requires separate prior consent.

Availability and access

We make reasonable efforts to operate the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Do not bypass safeguards or misuse forms or file links. Delivery links are private and expire; contact us if you have difficulty accessing them.
